""What can I say about Rebecca? Where would I even start?

I was very apprehensive about moving... for several reasons... 1) This was the first time I was taking on a property of my own, 2) I was moving into a new territory and was unfamiliar with... well... just about everything in the area, and 3) We all hear stories about realtors... stories that make us wary and unsure of who to trust. We can only hope we land in the right hands. I did.

Rebecca listened carefully to my needs and concerns. Good listening is a true art. Because of that, she steered me away from properties that could potentially need more work than I could visibly see myself... kept me on track to find the house that I had originally described... and made a point of keeping me away from any not-so-desirable neighbourhoods.

On our first visit, she drove me throughout the area, describing the various parts of town. She stressed to me repeatedly that she was there for me... that she would take me out as many times as needed... because - in the end - she only wanted to put me in a house I wanted... not a house she needed me to buy. She was true to her word. I bombarded her with listings and she was immediately available for showings.

And during one of our visits, she referred me to a RB loan officer. This was a significant cost savings to me as my own bank couldn't come near the interest rate RB offered me. What a bonus!

Rebecca was also familiar with my trusted building inspector. She had worked with him before. This completed my circle of trust. I knew they would both be working together for me.

And I don't believe it ends at this sale. Rebecca has offered to supply me with names for upcoming renovations. Again, being that I'm new to the area, good references are always useful.

It's not easy... house hunting... but with Rebecca's help, it turned out to be a pleasant experience... and a very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend her.
